Our die cast processes use Fondarex Vacuum Technology for high pressure castings; hot oil systems for die pre-heating and temperature stabilization; Visi-Trak die cast process monitoring software, and Phillips Industrial Xray technology for real time imaging of parts. The result is higher part densities, better surface finish, lower porosity defects, and higher yields.
