RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION POLICY
All product returned to PECO must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
RMA numbers will be issued upon completion of the RMA Request Worksheet, which can be found on our website at www.pecomanufacturing.com, or requested from a member of the Customer Service Team at (503) 233-6401.
Please fill out all areas outlined in bold on the form. PECO may, at our option, decline to issue an RMA number if the form contains incomplete or missing information.
Upon issuance of the RMA number, product must be returned to PECO within 15 days, or we may void the RMA number.
Buyer will pay freight on return of all RMA parts to PECO. RMA parts should be returned packed as they were when received from PECO, or in a substantially similar and safe manner. Electronic parts must be packed in anti-static packing. PECO reserves the right to deny warranty credit for parts not properly packed.
PECO will not be responsible for inbound freight damage, and recommends that the shipment be insured.

To avoid delay or rejection of the shipment, the RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package and on all paperwork contained within the package. A copy of the RMA Request Worksheet should be included with all returned parts.
Upon receipt of the RMA parts at PECO, a technical evaluation will be done within 15 days. Buyer will be notified of any exceptions. Evaluation of out of warranty or damaged parts may be subject to an analysis fee of $250.
Parts that are determined to be in warranty will be repaired to like-new condition, replaced, or credit given for the amount paid, at the sole discretion of PECO.
PECO will pay freight on return of in warranty repairs or replacement parts to Buyer, and will offer credit for inbound freight charges. Buyer will pay freight for return of out of warranty, damaged, or “no problem found” parts to Buyer, or Buyer may, at their option, request the parts to be scrapped at PECO.
Leadtime on repair or replacement of RMA parts will be the same as the standard PECO leadtime for that product in effect at the time of RMA return. Buyer will be notified of any exceptions.
